G-Grid® is a polymer-coated glass fibre grid structure designed for asphalt reinforcement. It helps redistribute crack-related stresses and dissipate traffic-induced stresses, reducing the potential for reflective cracking through new asphalt overlays. The grid incorporates a pressure-sensitive adhesive to facilitate installation and bonding to the asphalt layer.
Installed as an interlayer in asphalt pavements to redistribute tensile stresses and limit reflective cracking in resurfacing projects.
